St. Peter’s has also been collecting pet food and supplies for the past ten years. All donations are now going into our “Just a Helping Hand” Blessing Box facing Callodine Ave. We have taken in donations for all types of pets including cats, dogs, rats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, and fish. Our greatest needs have been for dog and cat food and cat litter. We do accept bedding, collars, leashes, toys, dishes, cleaning products, and just about anything one would need to help take care of a pet. Due to COVID-19 and because of bugs, we now ask that the items are new. If you would like to donate items, we would be pleased to accept them. There is now a donation box inside St. Peter’s Linen Pantry’s enclosed entranceway. This is the house next to the church facing Callodine Ave. or they can be put into the large black shopping cart inside the narthex of St. Peter’s church. Monetary donations can be sent c/o St. Peter’s church marked “Pet food” Blessing Box Ministry.
